HI Rohit, you have put the query under Univ of Derby and asked about Warwick.
Of whichever univ and whichever course you wish to know about, you must check the department wise ranking of the university for the same. Also, you can check the TQA rating of the department. If you can not find it on the brochure or the website, e mail the faculty and ask them for it.
If you like this answer then kindly mark it as the best answer or rate it thumbs up. Please feel free to post queries if you have any.

Hi Piyush,
Although, it would not be considered equivalent to degree in all the Universities and programmes, but few institutes may consider it equivalent, if you are going for higher studies say M.Tech or M.Sc. so you need to get in touch with the institutes and check individually that which are the institute consider it as a degree. You can also talk to the IME authorities to know the names of the institutes which accept it as a degree.
Hope this will be of help. Feel free to put up more queries In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a best answer or pressing the thumbs up icon.
Thanks,
Pooja
