HI Dheeraj, there is no specified syllabus for GRE set by any univ or body. Following are the modules Quantitative,
Analytical, and
Verbal.
The Quantitative section has Problem Solving questions, which test your mathematical skills. The Verbal Section has four types of questions : Antonyms, Analogies, Reading Comprehension, and Sentence Completion. Questions in the Analytical Section test your logical and structural reasoning ability.
In addition to this there is analytic writing section. This test measures critical thinking and analytical writing skills.
The new GRE score is out of 340 and Analytic writing section is now out of 6.0

Although, the cut off keeps on changing every year it would be difficult to give you any concrete information on the Institutes you can apply to but as your rank under girls category is good you may get admission in Modi Institute of Technology. HI Vinod, if one does not have proficiency in the language then yes it is difficult to score well. But the way you have put up the query your writing seems to be fine. It does not matter in what medium you have studied till 10, what matters is how much efforts you have put in learning the language thereafter.
A friend of mine studied in English medium school, but paid attention to English only in Class 9 and started communicating in English only in 11 !!! Today, I feel she can express herself well and when she gave mock IELTS exam a few years ago (of course without preparation) she scored 6.5 and it was a surprise test !!!
