Hi Sandip, you have a good GRE score. you can definitely apply for scholarships and you must specifyon the univ application form that you are looking for financial aid. Also, there are scholarships that the univ suggest to academically good students. you must begin you application procedure asap.
some scholarships cover 50% - 100% of the tuition fee. There are assistance ships available at the univ as part time jobs which you can ask for.

Hello Shyam, PBRS is a good education provider for bar and restaurant courses.
However, I would recommend that you select a course keeping in mind the latest policy changes (please refer to Kanshis response for these details).
Also, http://www.immigration.govt.nz/pointsindicator/ will give you an indication of the CURRENT points system for the Skilled Migrant Category. It is a good idea to get an overview of the SMC policy before you embark on your studies especially if the intention is to settle in NZ after completing the course.
