Hello, it depends on your Interest.If you want to do something in the field of Administration go for MBA or else CA,CS,ICWA,CFA all are good courses.you can also go for M.com or IAS. The best option would be MBA as it provides so many opportunities and also is a hot cake in the market today.

Yes, most of the college allowed to take admission without having marksheets at the time of admission, but you have to produce marksheet within specific time period given by college.
