If that university is UGC approved then yes degree is valid and to take admission in MBa you need to appear for CAT/MAT/XAT or some more if that particular university demands.

Hi Nanda,
If your desired course is taught in german language then you should have the knowledge of german language, Since the medium of instruction in the international degree programmes is mainly english,you are not expected to have German language skills.Instead a proof of proficiency in english ,like IELTSor TOEFL,is often required.Neverthless the basic knowledge of german language will help u to interact with german students and to find a job.
Still if you want to learn german language then i would suggest you to contact the Max Muller Bhawan and in any case u need 1 year to get the proficiency in german language.
