Yes BBA students can also do B.Ed. There is no such rule wherein a BBA student can not do B.Ed.

Eligibility
Basic Qualification: In order to secure admission to first year of two-year full time MMS course, the candidate should fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
· Passed with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate* ( 45% in case of candidates of backward class categories belonging to Maharashtra State only) in any Full Time Bachelor's degree of minimum three years duration in any discipline recognised by the Association of Indian Universities

Well there is no comparison that you can make from the results you score in 12th to your probable placements. You 12th scores can help you to be eligible for various entrances that are taking place for the engineering courses, but it is the core, your education that you have attained by now and will in future be acquiring shall matter the most.
For now, your focus should be plainly on preparing well for the entrances and scoring high and attaining admissions in a good institute.
There are several institutes in the country to offer you engineering degrees, with the most premier ones i.e. IITs and NITs and many more.

However, even if there are some low rung private Institutes which may give you entry still they would require a complete bachelors degree with all the papers cleared.
Advisable would be that you clear your backlogs and proceed for a full time MBA or an MBA from a decent B-school else another option for you could be that you try with distance learning Institutes.
