Hi Shubham, to pursue Executive MBA one needs to have at least 3 years of work experience and a bachelor's degree which is a must. Other than this, depending on the institute's requirements, the aspiring students would have to clear the entrance exams, the group discussions and the personal interview rounds. Some colleges prefer to utilize the GMAT scores while the others conduct entrance exams of their own. Aspiring students are required to secure a minimum of 50% of marks in the entrance exams depending on the institutes. The other eligibility criteria in certain colleges are the type of work experience that the aspiring student has had over the years as preference is usually given to candidates with managerial work experience.
