Hi Davinder,
Birthday/Wedding planning comes under Event Management which is a vast stream with the ample career scope. Although, Birthday/wedding planning industry doesn't require special education or experience, most of the Institutes providing such courses would require 10+2 as the admission eligibility. However, there are very few institutes in India which provide such courses so, interested students can either go abroad for specialized training or take up courses in hotel management, event management or floral arrangement.
