In order to pursue MBA from US, you need to have:
16 years of education with Good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
GMAT score of 500-600 plus.
TOEFL score 85-90 plus.

Although, Birthday/wedding planning industry doesn't require special education or experience, most of the Institutes providing such courses would require 10+2 as the admission eligibility. However, there are very few institutes in India which provide such courses so, interested students can either go abroad for specialized training or take up courses in hotel management, event management or floral arrangement.
