Hi Bhupender, since there is no direct admission into MBBS programs in Canada you must enroll into a four year Bachelors degree program in biological sciences after which you must take the Medical College Admissions Test or MCAT to be eligible to pursue medical studies. Hope this helped.

PGDM is equivalent to MBA on legal terms, you may even pursue higher education like PhD after PGDM.
MBA is an old and rigid subject where the course content is in the hands of the university and not the affiliated college, but PGDM is a dynamic and futuristic course and the course content is in the hands of the affiliated college therefore a good PGDM college always changes its curriculum according to the new challenges and demands of corporate keeping in view the future demand of industry.
India's top colleges (TIER 1) IIM, XLRI, MDI provide PGDM and not MBA.

The cost of studies in both countries is relatively same. Australia have more advantage, since it is not as crowded as US. Also, visa policies of US are a little against favor these days. Whereas, Australia needs people for work there. I am not so sure about scholarships.

Except a few, almost all the universities in the USA grant admission through the SATs.

Also, there are a few engineering institutions in India too that consider the scores of the SAT.

According to me, you must apply for both of the courses.
Prepare for CA and side by side, study for B.Com as both of the field is same field commerce.
