There is no straight answer to this. I suggest you to opt for a job for at least 3 years if you do not have any prior experience. Doing a job gives you experience in managing people, finance, budgeting, marketing and day to day affair of a job. You should either join as executive assistant in a startup (own funded by the founder) and handle different role such as marketing, strategy, HR, purchase, sales etc.) This will prepare you better to understand people and market. You may fall flat if you straight go into business.

Hi Pari,
Both the courses are good to pursue.
BBA/BMS - is purely management study, and generally done by students who wish to do management kind of roles in company. This course is followed by MBA, and the options are limited to only management - finance, hr etc.,.
B.Com(H) - It is all about Accounting and Finance, with HR and other fields included too. This degree will give a broad choice in MBA - like finance, marketing, hr etc., and if you don't feel management is your cup of tea, you can always do CA / ICWA / CS etc., which is equal to MBAs.
