I think after "BBA" it will better your base will clear and in BBA you will also cover accounting subject, I am in B.Com and preparing for MBA entrance but I personally feel that it would be better to do BBA after B.Com is not bad if you are looking only for MBA than BBA will be better option.

Getting Degree is not enough and selecting a career option is now a days is very tough job as well. Web Designing and Web Development are two different things. In Web designing u don't need much more technical knowledge but for Web Development like eCommerce Solution u need to to equipped urself with some of the languages like PHP, Javascript, HTML, DHTML, XML, CSS, AJEX lots of there. If u choose Linux platform for the Web Development then it will be having bright future. For Web Designing u need to go with Graphic Designing I don't think this is the for u.

Both the options are good however cost wise India is better for BBA and its widely available here some colleges also offer you an option to do 2 yrs program in India and rest 1 year in UK so you have both the options open.
If you want to do BBA from UK then there are various universities however you need a good 10+2 marks along with good IELTS score before applying for the program.
You may try in these universities :- University of Kent, Lancaster University, Kingston University, Heriot Watt University etc.
