Vikash - Most students abroad do not necessarily go for Master's just after their graduation. Ideally try and get into work and see what kind of employment you get into, and then based on experience you can do further studies.
Also while looking for Bachelor's degree prefer those that offer Sandwich year (which is a one year paid placement within the degree). This will also help you to understand your skills and abilities.

Getting an entry to a well reputed company, the aggregate in your academic is quite important as by this the student is observed for his consistency during his academics but then the primary concern is your knowledge and skills that you possess.

Well - my first question wil be - Are you looking to move away from Finance itself or a specific aspect of Finance that you find hectic. If you can throw some light on the kind of job you are doing then I can help you more specifically. It also depends how long have you worked in the industry. If it is only for few months then it is really worth considering a change but if you have already put in few years in Finance field, ideally I will recommend that you build on it but in an area that allows a flexibility of subjects that you want to choose.
