Engineering is not expensive, there are much good government and autonomous colleges where fee is nominal like NITs, IITs, JNU, AMU, DU. There are many job opportunities after engineering many MNCs and top Indian organizations do recruit engineers for hefty packages. You should work on improving your knowledge of basics of PCM and you can easily get through engineering with a good career.

Start learning German language as it will help you al lot and if you opt for studies in Germany then probably you will get monetary benefits as well. It varies from college to college. I am a computer science student and the only difference I know is, IT deals with only software part but computer science deals with both, hardware and software, i.e. some subjects are not covered in IT(e.g.: micro-processor and micro-controller).
