Yes you are eligible and in order to take admission inMaster program in automobile from german university you should have- a recognised first degree (Bachelor of Science or Engineering), Candidates shouldhave also performed above average in their undergraduate studies, The Graduate Record Examination (GRE) is also required, Candidates should have an IELTS certificate (score 6.0) or of the TOEFL certificate (score 550 paper-based / 213 computer-based / 80 internet-based). Most of the university accepts online applications however i would suggest you to kindly contact the concern university for the exact procedure.

There are two ways about which you can attain your career aspiration, one is to go ahead with your Masters program and after which you may apply for a job in respect to your area of interest. To be eligible to become a CBI officer, you will require to write and qualify the UPSC / Staff Selection Commission exams for this purpose. These exams are conducted once in a year that too generally in the month of February and consist two sections i.e. the Written Test followed by the Personal Interview.
As for the preparation is concerned, it is important that you work over your general studies and for this you can refer to the various text references that are easily available from a bookstore nearby. Opting for a particular stream will highly depend on your area of interest largely and it would be difficult for us to guide you without knowing you interest intent.
But then looking on to your qualification, I think you should go ahead with the MCA degree if you are keen to go for a career in the technical field else if you are inclined towards making a career in the theoretical of education field, then you can take up M.Sc in Comp Science.
