On the surface, SharePoint might look like a single platform, but at the heart of it you will need to know a lot more than what SharePoint is.
Besides learning SharePoint, you will need to learn Business Intelligence, Active Directory, Exchange, WCF, WWF, Windows Identity, and list goes on.
My recommendation is to learn the basics of SharePoint, then specialize in one or two areas. For example, specialize in Enterprise Content Management and Business Intelligence. Each of those areas alone have a steep learning curve.
Don't expect to become a SP expert in less than 2 yrs; it may take from 2 to 7 years. Having a good knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, SQL is a plus as well.

As to get employed as a Company Secretary, aspirants will need to clear the following:

Professional Program
The minimum educational qualification to apply for a company secretary course is 10+2. The minimum age must be 17 years. Apart from this, applicants will also need to have good language skills as well as the ability to examine complex as well as technological issues, understand problems and make judgment with tact.
You can purchase the admission forms from the institution or get it by post. Forms can also be got from the Central Bank of India. The price of the admission form is Rs.1000/-. The CS examinations are usually carried out in the months of June and December annually.

If you're creative, you can always consider going for Design and Animation. However, you must first check if you're suited for Animation. Animation is an art form and a very demanding career. It has ample opportunities for the creatively talented people. Opportunities lie in animation design, game design, graphics, storyboarding, 3d modelling, texturing and lighting, Dynamics and VFX and of course animation. However, choosing between these must be done after seeing your performance in each of these. Typically you should have good sketching skills to be able to make a sound career in this (if you work hard you can improve your drawing skills tremendously). Nothing but your innermost talent and passion should lead you to the course and the institute you choose.
