yes you can do it through distance mode as in india there are many universities providing MBA in distance mode but I will suggest you go with UGC-DEC-AICTE joint commitee approval university so that you will not face any problem in future.

You answered Dear Maddy, MPM: Masters in Personal Management MBA: Masters in Business Administration Both are Masters Degrees and equivalent to each other. MPM is related to HR Field during 1920 onwards, now a days MBA is going on HR is a elective part of it.
