In GD and MP, they check your communication, content, body language as important factors. GD shall be conducted for approximately 15 minutes and MP topic wil be randomly given by picking up the chits. While in PI, they check your little bit of knowledge, your passion towards doing MBA, confidence and your attitude. Give your best and let them know how passionate and suitable you are in doing MBA. Then you'll have good chances of converting your PI. All the best! GD and PI will not be on the same day. once you crack GD, you would be given a date and slot for PI on the next two days of GD.

You're looking to make career in research and related fields like teaching then without doubting you should go for M.Tech. But, if you are interested in marketing, sales or business development fields then definitely, you should opt for MBA. Either, you do research or go in Business related fields, both have very good career perspective in coming years as India is a developing country and you will always have good scope in these two fields. But, no good scope for MS as there is no well recognised college for it.

There are plenty of great b-schools in India (including the IIMs) that welcome freshers.

MBA programs are typically aimed at candidates who are already in the workplace and wish to develop their management skills to switch careers or launch their own business. That's why most programs require you to have work experience, which acts as a foundation for the competencies and expertise you b

Vikram there are some colleges accepting 49% as well, if you belong from reserved category. But, for general category minimum requirement is 50%. Anyway, you should not worry about it. If you want to do MBA only through distance education.
It will not matter a lot, once you get a job experience of 1 or 2 year. Enhance your knowledge, communication skill, read newspaper daily as it will help you in many ways.
