Complete your 10+2 with very good grades. Take your SAT and TOEFL before applying to Bachelor's degree programmes in the US. Every university has different entry requirements. A gentle advice would be to pursue B Tech through regular mode. Distance Education Council (DEC) before 2012 - has stopped approving courses like B.Tech and M.Tech since 2009 after the ministry put a ban on them. Check with MCI list whether college is affiliated and their degree is recognised, if MCI doesn't have the university on their list you won't be allowed to practice in India. USA/Caribbean is a better option as their degrees are valid and exempted from MCI screening also. You can get complete package in less than 35 Lacs. It includes you complete fees, food and lodging.
