It may be difficult to get job in Germany based on only Indian B.Tech degree. You are advised to plan MS in a German University to increase your chances to get job in Germany.
The eligibility criteria for MS differ in different universities. General eligibility criteria to in German University is as follows:
(a)High Academics performance or records in undergraduate studies.
(b)If the course is taught in German, then proof of proficiency in German Language. If the course is taught in English, then proof of proficiency in English by TOEFL or IELTS score.
(c)Some universities Require GRE score
(d)With relevant work experience in the field of further study chances of selection increases
(e)Demonstration of technical ability through project execution, participation in Technical symposium, conference etc.
(f)Recommendations letters from International known faculty from where college of graduation.
Education fee in Germany is very nominal. You can earn your living expenses by working part time 4 hours per day with a limit of 20 hours per week.

Here are few tips to prepare for CLAT entrance exam:
1) Know the latest pattern of CLAT
2) Attempt previous year sample papers.
3) Give offline-online mock tests.
4) There are a number of books in the market; you need to choose the appropriate one.
5) Read the newspaper and monthly magazines for current affairs. This will strengthen your current affairs.
6) Analyze your strengths & weaknesses.
7) Practice your shortcuts well and be clear with all the fundamentals.
8) Make sure you have your personal space apart from just thinking about studies.
9) Remember the larger goal- Not only clear CLAT but excel in it is the target you have to achieve.
10) A calm mind is the key to success-Don't get anxious and nervous. Keep your mind stable.

I can tell you from my own experience that I did not spend a single penny to get my son educated in Germany he was able to sponsor his education by working 20 hours a week.
