What you are confessing is quite serious. If you are not able to score minimum 75% marks in 12th then preparing for JEE Mains would be futile. I suggest you take some dedicated tuition from your teachers and see how your ability develops.

MAT cut-off usually are between 97.50 to 98.50 percentile. But still you will have to see. Your candidature through MAT will be All India Seat. So, you have 50% - 60% chances.

HI Neelam,
There are a large number of options available to you if you want to continue your studies. The best opportunity available to you is the distance education(IGNOU, Sikkim Manipal University, etc). Today the popularity of distance education is increasing which will help you to study along with your job. The online education is also another method. You won't be able to do the Bachelors course in regular mode since there are some age limit, normally less than 24.

Yes, you can Pursue B.Com after completing class 12th arts.The minimum eligibility to do B.com is minimum 45% in 12th.

JEE hotel management is an all India level exam conducted by the NCHMCT every year for admissions in IHMs. The exam has 5 sections:
1. Quantitative aptitude.
2. Logical reasoning.
3. GK and current affairs.
4. English.
