Hi,
Not sure which state you are from and which college you are interested in but generally, after class 12 results, most universities invite applications for admission mostly are based on class 12 percentage cut-offs. If you get admission with in the series of cut-off list, you will be called for an interview and you get the admission if selected. But in some colleges and in some subjects, entrance need to be given to be eligible for admission.

According to the college rankings, K.J. Somaiya is a better college for doing MBA than Nirma University. Even on the basis of return on investment, K.J. Somaiya has lower tuition fee as compared to Nirma, but the placement is better than Nirma.
Nirma doesn't provide a major in IB. So, if you're interested in getting a degree in IB then you should look for other colleges.

You can do it. But, that is not legal. Doing two degrees simultaneously is illegal. You will have to drop either of the courses. So, you better concentrate on one degree instead of planning to do two degree at once.
Also, MITSOB is extremely strict about their attendance criterion. As well, recently, MITSOB is introduced with the trimester system with which one is much occupied with their college work itself.

It depends on which area do you want to specialise. If you are interested in Front Office or House Keeping or any administration department then you can avoid eating Non-Vegetarian.
However, if you are interested in Food and Beverage- Production / Service, then you might have to eat Non-vegetarian as you might have to judge or explain the taste to a fellow guest.
At the same time, you might also be asked to prepare non veg dishes as a part of your syllabus. You can avoid that using your own skills.
