Both the degrees are the same except their names. Universities offering other courses along with technical courses name it as ME otherwise it is termed as M.Tech. There is no difference between them. You can proceed to become a lawyer. You can go for BA LLB or can appear for CLAT. Process is simply register for the college entrance or for competitive examinations. Also check out the college ranking and accreditation before taking admission. Some universities which offer LLB -

If you are from Rajasthan, then you should proceed towards Sikar. Hey Ravi,
It completely depends on your interest or career plans that which one you want to go for. Mechanical engineering gives you a generic specialization which will be applicable throughout but automobile will give you a specific field of specialization. Unless you don't have any specific career plans with automobile engineering I would suggest go for mechanical engineering.
