You should firstly select a good university as per you in which you want to take admission. Many good universities with excellent placement records and overall rankings have their forms open and you can apply for them. Prepare well as they also provide scholarship based on the score in these exams. Your score in 12 makes you eligible for admission in most of the colleges. Some good colleges -

Hey Prapanchan,
If you want to do diploma after 10 than it will be a good option as it increases your competency in your relevant field. It gives you more technical knowledge than 12 class. However if you are asking about diploma after 12 than degree will be a better option as it only takes 1 more year but gives an ample of opportunities. Moreover if you choose a good university for your diploma you can be placed after your diploma only. Just check out diploma placements of the university. Suggested colleges -

Yes, you can. In SASTRA, 70% seats for B.Tech course are filled on the basis of JEE Main score along with prior weightage to the marks in 10+2.
30% seats in B.Tech are filled on the basis of merit drawn on the basis of marks in 10+2 followed by counselling. In the case of admission through JEE Main over 70% seats, 75% weightage will be given to JEE Main score while 25% to the marks in 10+2. In the case of admission, on the basis of 10+2 merit over 30% seats, normalized marks of each board will be considered.
