As your field goes with computer operations and programming than BCA will be a better option for you. It will increase your job potential and give you more specialized knowledge of computer programming and applications. You certainly have scored good marks in your board exams but your score in JEE is not satisfactory to get admission in IIT or NIT. Also it may be possible that you get any NIT by your category. However you can apply for private colleges. You have good score in 12 based on which you may get a good scholarship offered by some private universities.
