You need to have a bachelor's degree (3-year course) or equivalent with minimum 50% & above marks in any discipline recognised by any Indian University / AICTE as eligible for post-graduate studies.
You can apply while you are in your final year of graduation. If you do get through the admission test, you will be given provisional admission on the condition that you provide your mark sheet and a certificate of passing by a certain date.

The selection process in B-schools generally consists of :
A. Past Academic record.
B. Scores in entrance tests.
C. Group Discussion.
D. Personal Interview.
E. Work experience.
Please note that each B-schools shortlists candidates for second stage of selection process which may be independent of each other.
The process may include

Performance in various management entrance tests is an important component in the admission process.
B-schools may use previous academic performance of the candidates, relevant work experience and other similar inputs in short listing and ranking of candidates at various stages of the admission process.

You can certainly apply if you have more than 50% in your graduation, since that is a requirement for admissions in any AICTE approved B schools. It is to be noted that only 30% weightage is given to the entrance scores. The remaining 70% depends on how you perform in your GD/PI's. So, Yes if you perform well in your GD/PI's, you certainly can get admission in this college. To prepare for your GD/PI, I'll suggest you to read a lot about the present politican and the business environment of our country.
