After that interview you will get a confirmation call and mail for your selection. After that call once you pay your first installment of your fess, your admission gets confirmed.

Honestly it does not matter fresher or work ex, beacuse in the end your knowledge about the domain is checked. IES does give equal opportunities to both. Yes, you only need to clear SNAP exam to get admission in SIBM Pune. No other scores are valid. There is a diiferent criteria for international students (IELTS, GMAT etc.).
SNAP is just like any other management entrance exam. So you can prepare by your own or you can join some coaching institutes. Just study regularly and sincerly,it will not be difficult.
