Engineering colleges under Mumbai University generally accept maharashtra cet. Since u have got less marks, u Wud get a college in Mumbai but it won't be worth of ur 4 years and money. I would suggest u, pursue engineering only if u get a decent college else it's meaningless and u would be another sheep in the herd.

There are no matches for IISc, IITs and NITs in our country. Besides we have IIEST, IIIT, University run schools of engineering, state owned colleges, deemed universities and self financing colleges offering the course in our country. Choice of a good MBA college can be made on following points:
- Infrastructure
- Faculty
- Involvement in research
- Placement
- Industry connection
- Business Events
- Student experience matters most, like alumni interaction with college.
- Pedagogy, should not be a typical classroom experience.
Also most important whether it fits your aspirations or not, since some branches of colleges are better then other colleges.
So always keep this in mind.
This list is not exhaustive, its my opinion may differ from person to person.
