Hi Kamal,
Although, you have got a decent rank in PMET but as the cut off keeps on changing every year, it would be difficult to suggest you any name. However you can refer back to this link for further details:

So far my knowledge goes ( a) a degree is required to be approved by UGC as only UGC approved degrees are recognized by GOVT in our country. On the other-side AICTE approval indicates that an optimum infrastructure for the said degree ( in case of technical education) has been achieved by the Institution and accordingly grade has been made against it. Hope now ur confusion is removed.

It depends on what u want Rahul. If you are sure that you wish to study further and can afford it then go for it. But often at this age, people think that a particular area is what interests them but later they discover that they would have been happier in another area. Or they simply get bored and want a change in their career. So it might be a good idea to work for a few years and then pursue and Mtech/MBA depending on what u want at that stage of your life.

Hi Ankit,
Although, Rural Engineering College is not ranked among the top most colleges but it is one of the old colleges which is AICTE approved and affiliated with VTU which is one of the renowned Engineering University, the college has placed its students in companies like HCL, Infosys, Cognizant etc.
However, the last decision would be yours and as Shiksha is an Education portal which believes in giving unbiased guidance it would be unfair on my part to give my personal opinion on a particular institute.
Hope this will be of help. For any further Clarification do post more Query.
Thanks,
Pooja
