There is no point of equivalency between two different courses which deal in different studies and a separate career as well. Also M.Sc is a Masters degree and B.tech is a bachelor course and again the level of education shall differ.

HI Badisa Pradeep, to study for MS in USA you will need to appear for GRE and IELTS/TOEFL.
A score of 1300+ in GRE will help you in getting admit to some good univ in USA.
The entire admission cycle to US takes about a year. So if you intend to go in sep 2012 then you must begin preparation right away. Begin with coaching for the exams and appear for these when you are confident of scoring well. If you don't want to become a lawyer after completing your B.A LLB then You can get into public and private sector, get into big corporates and becomes the legal advisor for them or can join law firms or consultancies or Non-Governmental Organizations, National and International Institutions and Organizations, Lawyers, Law Firms.
