HI Riya, in that case take off Singapore also from the list as it will cost you 40 lacs pa to study for medicine.
The least cost option is India !!!! Why don't you try here first.
Also, to study abroad for medicine and be able to come to India and practice you need to first obtain eligibility certificate and upon return after completion of course you will need to appear for a screening test. Only after clearing the screening test you will be given the license to practice as a doctor in India.
There are few Universities that are recognised by Medical Council India for awarding MBBS, so you must be careful in choosing the univ. As the list is exclusively available only to MCI you will need to approach them for the same.
