There are many institutes in the country offering BCA degree and the admissions take place on the merit basis. the eligibility for BCA is a 12th pass with preference mostly given to students having studied Maths in +2.

If you are talking about IILM then in that case I would say that both are ranked equally. However, before deciding on your option I would suggest you to visit both the Institutes and try and talk to the current batch students and the faculty members. If possible also try and get the alumnae contacts. First step for you would be that instead of getting upset you should take admission in Open School and clear your 12th from there then take admission in BA through Correspondence and simultaneously go for a certificate or a Diploma programme in some vocational courses like tourism, fashion designing, interior designing etc. keeping in mind your own interests and career aspirations.
