Hi,
As per the information and the duration of the MCA course, this IT degree is of a 3year duration and is offered like such by all the recognized institutions in the country.
Usha Martin Academy (UMA) Kolkata seems to be an autonomous institute and seems to be a study center for PTU but then the duration of MCA has to be of 3 years for its authenticity status.
I would suggest you to contact the institute to gain more information.

Before starting career in software industry i would like to ask u r u very much confidant on any of the programming language. Can u independently handle any language? HI Tabraze, LBS is one of reputed institutes for business courses in the UK attracting a lot of applications from world over every year. The requirement for any course are high and there is no course for freshers here.
Hence the higher score you have the more chances of admission you will have. i would like to recommend a minimum of 720 to apply for MBA(if this is the course you wish to apply for).
If you can specify the course, it will be easier to help you with entry requirements.

HI Tabrae, you missed to specify the course that you want to study at LBS!! And what scores are you talking about?
If it is the score in UG. And you mean to say you have 7.8 CGPA on a 10 scale, then this score is fine.
Kindly clarify if I have missed anything
