Hi Naveen,
Agreeing to the advise given by Suryap2012 , I may also say that Accounts and Finance are interrelated streams yet are different career entities. You need to analyze your interest and based on this and also your area of career goal, you may take your own decision.
For more queries, please revert.

Hi Naveen,
Well all the information mentioned by Mahesh holds true that the terminology is the base of any stream or subject. But other than this I would also recommend to understand your self, the kind of career you are hoping to pursue in future.
I would request you to revert with the information pertaining to your education qualification, your eligibility etc based on which we may then be able to guide you better.
All the Best!

Hi Venkateswari,
Although, there is no boundation to choose a particular stream in MBA but, as you are in engineering field few of the good options could Operations or IT. Finance can also be a good option provided you want to make a career in the same if you want to continue with the same career line in that case I would suggest you to choose between Operations (which is one of the oldest and the most traditional specialization provided by almost all the good institutes) or IT (which is relatively a new field and you may not find many good Institutes providing this specialization).
For further information on both the MBA Institutes prov

Hi Zahabiya,
To be able to pursue BCA from a good institute it is important to be 12th pass out with maths as a subject studied.
Hence, if you have a compartment to clear, you need to complete that and only after clearing your 12th you may then apply for the BCA courses.

Hi Shreya,
To do a degree course in any field you need to clear your 12th so if you have a compartment you clear that and side by side start checking with the institutes which will give you provisional admission on the condition that with in stipulated period of time you will clear your compartment else your admission would be void. Mostly check with private Institutes.
Hope this will be of help. Feel free to put up more queries In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a best answer or pressing the thumbs up icon.
Thanks,
Pooja
