All the colleges have a rule that your attendance in not much lower than 75% but if you missed the class then try to contact to your teacher and give the reason why you missed the class. If the reason is genuine then there is no problem but if not then you may have to pay fine for it.

Hello! I would recommend Alliance over GEMS due to its better placements and brand. The average package at Alliance is approx Rs 8 lakhs whereas it ranks among the top 50 B-schools in India unlike GEMS.

Some what but the main thing is your entrance exam GMAT and after passing this exam if you are qualifying the minimum eligibility condition then there will be no problem but as you have a backlog then it will effect in your CV and you have to give reasons.
