A catalytic converter is a device used to reduce the toxicity of emissions from an internal combustion engine. Catalytic converters are also used on generator sets, forklifts, mining equipment, trucks, buses, trains, airplanes and other engine-equipped machines. A catalytic converter works by using a catalyst to provide an environment for a chemical reaction in which toxic combustion by-products are converted to less-toxic substances. 3.The catalyst itself is most often a precious metal. Platinum is the most active catalyst and is widely used. It is not suitable for all applications, however, because of unwanted additional reactions and/or cost. Palladium and rhodium are two other precious metals used. Platinum and rhodium are used as a reduction catalyst, while platinum and palladium are used as an oxidization catalyst.

Tarun you must enhance your qualification in the field in which you can score better. Or get some vocational training in some field of your interest. It could be in automobiles or refrigeration or electrical if you are a technical hand. You can also do MBA through distance education simultaneous to your vocational training. Evaluate yourself if you can do marketing. If yes, then you may try your hand in that to gain valuable experience. Once you have experience in some field or once you are trained in some field then you won't have any problem in finding better jobs. At the moment do not go for salary or time factor in whatever jobs you are getting. Assert on having effective experience. If nothing works at the moment then teaching is not a bad option as it would also give you an opportunity to study & learn simultaneously.

With the IT procurement Department, I could understand is the department which is responsible for the acquisition of goods and services and not just limited to this but more like purchasing of materials, vendor payments etc.
Well considering your work experience I would suggest you to go for Masters like a MBA in a stream of your preference although the most obvious ones remaining Logistics or Material management or you can also take up SAP training from a reputed training institute liek SIEMENS, Genovate etc in the Material management module.

As for what i would know in these regards, to pursue a Masters in Home Science often offered as a M.Sc degree, it is equally important to have studied Home Science at graduate level as well and if the course to pursue is M.Sc then having a minimum of a B.Sc degree in Home Science is necessary.
