you can go for MSc.medical microbiology.You can find opportunities in hospitals, laboratories of of government and private hospitals,research organizations clinics, pharmaceutical industries, food, beverage and chemical industries . If you wish to hold a management career you can do MBA. Phd can give you opportunities in Research and Development.research field is also glorious for microbiology. pathology and bacteriology is very good choice .Research field is very interesting field. but you have to do hard work for this.

Hi Mamtah,
As you have got pretty low score in your BA it would not be easy to get admission in MA English even if you want to do it through Distance Education, as in most of the Institutes you would require to have 50% marks. Few of the institutes which you can consider are: IGNOU, Annamalai University, University of Bombay, University of Madras, Osmania University, Bangalore University, Directorate of Correspondence Courses etc.

As you are planning for Civil Services I would also suggest something similar to Govind ji, Whether or not you opt for BA Civil Services but yes you can definitely save on time by going for simple BA rather than going for BA LLB of 5 years this will save you on time and money both. Coming to civil service Examination, although you still have three years in hand but you can always start your preparation at early stages by concentrating on the subjects you are studying as later if you feel that you choose the same subjects, you would be in a better position to perform on those subjects.
