I would too advise on similar lines as that of Mr.Dennis, it is important for you to know that Research is less about 'Job' prospects as its self based means completely research oriented and as for its prospects are more in metro cities goes , I may not believe with that as it is just the infrastructure support that is available in the metros where as the research is about both development and implementing the innovative things for the better of the mankind.
You may definitely opt for the option you are most interested not merely because of the job prospects and salary, but something more to it.
All the best!

Shiksha is an education portal which believes in giving unbiased guidance to the students so it would be unfair on my part to give you my personal opinion on any particular Institute. However, as explained by Arun it is one of the decent institutes providing distance learning programme, but as far as the value in job market is concerned, it would depend on your educational background and other professional qualification only on the basis of this diploma starting your career may not be that easy. So keep all the pros and cons in mind while choosing any programme.
