It is good to see your seriousness in making your career, so as per your query please remember in order to pursue MBA from IIMs or from any B-school you need to be graduate in any field.
However please remember all the the top B-schools give high preference to candidates with:
1. Atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
2. Participation in extra curricular activities like social work, paper presentation in national and international journals etc.
Please note that, the final selection in full time MBA or PGDM program is made on the basis of:
1. Education background of the students. i.e. 50% marks in graduation.
2. Score in various management entrance tests like CAT, MAT, XAT, etc
3. Performance in group discussions and personal interview.
4. Work experience if any.
5. Other activities like participating in various event like debates, quiz, extra curricular activities, etc.
So as if now your emphasis should be more on getting good marls in class 10th and 12th and then getting admission in good college for pursuing graduation.
I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your graduation and then opt for MBA from godo B-schools.
Please note that each IIM shortlists candidates for second stage of selection which may be independent of each other.
The process may include:
Written Ability Test (WAT)
Group Discussions (GD)
Personal Interviews (PI).
Performance in CAT examination is an important component in the admission process.
IIMs may use previous academic performance of the candidates, relevant work experience and other similar inputs in short listing and ranking of candidates at various stages of the admission process.
The processes, academic cut-offs and the weights allocated to the evaluation parameters may vary across IIMs.

Though the two professions are not comparable, auditing and finance as professions have traditionally been far less lucrative than management, at least in the initial years. The competition is high in both.
Both have different career paths except where they may converge at a management level. So a chartered accountant, who moves into industry in a management role, can get a salary comparable with that of an MBA
Generally MBA has definitely more scope as evident in increased demand of MBA graduates in companies. As companies increasingly globalize and face competition, they need people who have good understanding of overall business rather than just accounting and finance in CA course. Therefore, MBA is recommended over CA keeping in mind holistic perspective about business and future demand.
However, there is no limit to a person who is a CA with an MBA.
