Hi Sagar,
First of all, TISS Mumbai campus and Hyderabad Campus both don't have any MBA specialization. They offer MA in human resource and labor relation. Also, you can get admission in any of the campus if you fit in the eligibility conditions. For getting admission, you have to give TISS-NET entrance test exam conducted probably in January. Professional knowledge or prior experience is not a cake walk. So I would advise you to pursue filmmaking course from FTII or NSD as these are the best institutes and can give you direct entry into filmmaking. Try your level best to clear their entrance exams and you will be sorted.

You have the answer to your question already. If you are interested in geography, pursue a Bachelor's degree in the same which will give you a solid foundation and a pre- qualification for Masters. Aim for a Masters for better prospects, also you will have various specializations to choose from to excel in a particular field from historical geography to glaciology during your masters.
