UCEED 2016 2017 is going to be conducted in the January 2017, since the exam is just close enough to be taken care of.
UCEED Exam was started in 2014 no such official books are available on online websites but applicants can refer to the following Given books of NID Exam because pattern of questions and type of questions are bit: similar as per my analysis.

Yes, you can. You only need to score a minimum of 50 percent marks in graduation. And to get admission in a government college ( IIM) you need to score more than 90 percentile in CAT.

I am not 100% sure but foreign universities doesn't consider BCA as an engineering course. I believe only B.Tech students can only pursue their MS in Computers from the US. BCA holds less value in the US. Although, you should consider talking with that university to clear the doubts.

Yes, it is possible. Most of these courses are part time programs. You need to practice at least 4-6 hours every day. By practice I mean, hands on various software being taught to you.
