Your MAT score is good. It is not compulsory to take MAT again. But, if you think to improve your score again, you can give MAT. Most of the institutes only look at the scores, you get not at the percentage of marks you attained in MAT.

No legal process is required to hang from B.Com to BBA, but take this in consideration that your college allows you to do the same as there are many colleges which don't allow changing from B.Com to BBA.
