Directorate of resettlement runs lot of management courses in collaboration with IIMs, MDI, Amity University and other prestigious B-schools. If you are eligible for same, you can opt for such courses.
In case, you are not eligible then you are advised to prepare for CAT, XAT or MAT and do MBA from a Tier I B-school. In case, you do not want to study for 2 years, then Executive MBA offered by IIMs will be ideal for you to have a good corporate career.

The eligibility criteria of Ph.D at IGNOU is M.Phil degree/ a Masters degree in management discipline with minimum 55% (50 percent marks for SC/ ST/ PH candidates) or an equivalent grade from a university or a recognized institution of higher learning. In regular M.Tech, you have to go to college and maintain a certain attendance percentage to be eligible to appear for exams. In part time M.Tech, you have to go to college only to appear for exams.

Getting admission in a regular college is no possibility. Distance education is the only way you get an undergraduate degree. Then you may enroll for a regular Masters degree program after successfully getting the undergraduate degree.
