If you are pursuing B.Pharma and after that you have two career options either you can go for M.Pharma or you can either pursue for MBA also. Both these streams are good and you will get lot of career opportunities also after pursuing Masters. If you don't want to continue in your stream then its good for you to pursue Masters in MBA. GRE is required to get admission in a variety of postgraduate degree programs including management. On the other hand, reputed business schools accept GMAT scores for admission to their postgraduate programs in management. You can compare GRE vs GMAT to assess better option for you. Note that, both exams assess different skills of a candidate such as quantitative and analytical skills.
