Keep in touch with successful candidates for guidance. you can join Vajiram Classes in delhi. But before going there you must go through all NCERT & some books, otherwise it will be difficult for you to go with that speed.

You can opt for MBBS even after your B.Sc but then this would mean another 5years to be invested in a graduate course. I would advise you to think before taking a decision to change your field.
To pursue MBBS, you will have to qualify entrances as required by the institutes, and to know about the institutes offering MBBS, you may refer to the following links:

As far I would know about changing your institute and the mode of education amid of a course is quite difficult and I would suggest you not to change your institutes as that may require you to begin afresh and will invest another 3 years.
