You can opt for MBBS even after your B.Sc but then this would mean another 5years to be invested in a graduate course. I would advise you to think before taking a decision to change your field.

As far I would know about changing your institute and the mode of education amid of a course is quite difficult and I would suggest you not to change your institutes as that may require you to begin afresh and will invest another 3 years.
