MBA in IT, in itself is a specialized course and does not offers any further specialization and getting MBA in Animation is least of any possibility as Animation is not a Management discipline but it is invented through the attributes like creativity, imagination.
Animation is entirely a different field and if you are keen to pursue a career, there are many institutes in India to offer the same and to know about the same, you may refer to the following link:

If you are keen to make a career in Management, which is entirely separate from the Animation, you can opt for IT as the specialization provided you are keen and have interest in the same. There are many MBA institutes offering specialization in IT and to get admission to a good institute, the minimum requirement is to clear an entrance as required by the particular institute, followed by the GD an PI.

PR is a professional course that comes under Mass Comm. PR is a very good course and has a lot of demand in the professional market. PR requires more of personality and communication skills, one needs to get his or her work done. Hi,
To sit for IPS you need to have a graduation degree from recognized University. So, you first need to complete your graduation to sit for IPS.
There are two stages of Examination in IPS(civil Service) which you need to clear to get into Police services: Preliminary & Main. The subjects covered in these two examinations are English, General Studies & optional & one of the Indian Language. For preparation you can either join coaching or do self study, the only thing you need to do is hard work as there is no short cut to hard work. Also keep yourself updated on current affairs (read News papers, watch news channels) & work on your language skills (read novels)

As there is no short cut handwork to clear such competitive Examinations you need work very hard and you need to have perseverance. Its good that you know your week areas so should give more time to improve on your week areas. For English I would suggest you to read as much as possible, read novels, newspapers etc. and while reading keep a good dictionary and a wren and martin grammar book to consult. Also listen to English news channels which will not only enhance your general Knowledge but also help you for improving your language skills. Apart from this Time Management which is a very important part of such examination, for this you need to solve as many Sample question papers as possible.
I would also suggest you that if self study is not possible join some coaching Institute
