BCA have very interesting course.I m say that if you are doing BCA ,then it is good field,then after you are doing MCA is best for your career.At a time very demand in all company.but you are want to doing B.tech,then you are going.Either wise you are doing BCA is best.All time i think.BCA is good, but since its a bachelor's degree, job wise it is not that great, because companies generally look for students with Master's degree with some specialisation.
