You can give GMAT any day in a Week, however if you are sitting again for the exam then you cannot re take the exam in the same month.You can refer this link for more details:-www.mba.com

In order to pursue MBA abroad, you have to fulfill the following requirements:
1) Have a 4 year degree or equivalent in undergrad
2) Have atleast 2 years of full time work experience.
3) Have taken the GMAT and TOEFL
Please let me know if you fulfill the above mentioned criteria so that i can suggest you universities accordingly.

The 1st tier of the exam takes place in month of May,it is an open competitive examination for recruitment to the many posts available in the Ministries/Departments by selecting/screening the candidates for the Main examination. The Combined Graduate Level (Tier-II) Examination-2010 takes place somewhere in the months July-August.
