Well it is possible change your stream but quite difficult to do so after completing one year, yet you can contact the institute authorities to get the exact information and the provisions available for this type as this may differ from one institute another and changing your stream can lay adverse effects on your academics as well.

On the basis of your graduate degree, you are eligible for the Masters course through the distance mode, but then to pursue M.Sc degree the minimum requirement is a B.Sc degree where as you are a commerce graduate and opting for M.Sc may not be acceptable by most of the Universities. Also there are not many such Institutes/ Universities that can offer M.Sc through the correspondence mode.

Does he find any issues while speaking? Is he able to speak . as normal as we?
I'd suggest you . do not do such a courses in correspondence mode. atleast do it . part time . there are lot of thing in this course . cannot be understand or mean to you exactly what they are . if you do it in distance mode.
I personally observed it . that is why telling you . my younger brother is having same problem .

The salary is based on experience as well as knowledge and it depends upon industry to industry, firm to firm, companies to companies.
