There may be some private classes for coaching for UPSC in Mathura but are not advertised contry-wide or reputed enough for it. I do completely agree with Aneeket. The country for sure is known for its technical course and also on a personal note the country has a lot of racism issues. racism among their own borns. Also then we have language issues. tough they do teach in German as well but to me the whole concept is not appeleaing. but then again this is my personal opinon. for management courses opt for Uk, if you have no intentions of staing back. The duration of masters course in UK is 1 year, so if your intake starts on January 2012, it will be over by January 2013.
In UK, the most preferred admission intake is September intake,as all the universities offer admission during this intake, most of the good and top ranked universities does not offer admission intake in January intake.
The application deadline for all the universities offering course in January 2012 intake are over or about to get over very soon, so it would be advisable for you to apply for September intake.
