Although not very clear on your requirement, yet I would say that for openings in Software Companies in South India, you can look for Employment News or register yourself with various Job Portals like Naukri, Monster, Times Jobs, etc. You may even drop your resume on the websites of your preferred companies. Hi, UPSC conducts civil services examination every year in the month of May and June and its main exam in the month of December. The notification for this exam comes out in the month of January end.
To be eligible:
1)A candidate should have a degree of graduation in any field from any recognized university.
2)A candidate in his final year is also eligible for the civil services exam. (IPS, IFS, IAS)
3)A candidate's age must be between 21 to 30 years. 3 and 5 YEARS of RELAXATION for OBC and SC/ST respectively.
4)A candidate must be an indian citizen.
5)Number of attempts:
*Four of general candidate
*Seven for OBC candidate
*No limit on attempts for SC/ST candidate.

I do completely agree with Aneeket. The country for sure is known for its technical course and also on a personal note the country has a lot of racism issues. racism among their own borns. Also then we have language issues. tough they do teach in German as well but to me the whole concept is not appeleaing. but then again this is my personal opinon. for management courses opt for Uk, if you have no intentions of staing back. Opt for Australia, they have their new rule.making a bit easy for international students.Look for University of Abeerdeen.they have jan intake. but tell me how will you go for jan intake. 30th Nov was the last date for visa filling for Jan intake.Do let me know for further concerns.

The duration of masters course in UK is 1 year, so if your intake starts on January 2012, it will be over by January 2013.
In UK, the most preferred admission intake is September intake,as all the universities offer admission during this intake, most of the good and top ranked universities does not offer admission intake in January intake.
The application deadline for all the universities offering course in January 2012 intake are over or about to get over very soon, so it would be advisable for you to apply for September intake.
