That's a hard question to answer. There are probably people who get multiple job offers for $100,000/year while others aren't so lucky. Yes you can do both courses at regular.You can finish ICWA inter with B.COM (it is not difficult because many including me have done it )and then you can complete your final.But after finishing B.COM dont go for a job,clear ICWA final you will get good job opportunities.
